Rental Policies
General Statement of Policy
The Robinwood Station shall be made available under capable and responsible adult supervision:
For West Linn residents and nonprofits, there is a minimum rental fee of $20/hr. For some youth and governmental agencies, there may be no fee or a reduced fee.
For private businesses and parties residing outside of West Linn, there is a minimum rental fee of $40/hr.

No reservations will be made without completed paperwork.
Reservations can be made up to six (6) months in advance.
Completed paper applications can be emailed to events@robinwoodstation.org or dropped off at the Robinwood Station.
A decision on applications for usage will be made within 3 days.
Rental fees, when applicable, are due prior to Station usage.
Availability
Facility is available for qualifying organization for a maximum of four (4) hours per day.
Up to two (2) groups at a time may be allowed in the Station. For most groups, we will attempt to only schedule one group per time slot. At times, it may be necessary to schedule two (2) groups: one in the Kitchen or Board Room, and one in the Garage Bay.
The Station is available seven (7) days a week for regularly scheduled meetings. The hours for use are:
7:00AM - 10:00PM Monday through Thursday
7:00AM - 11:00PM on Friday and Saturday
7:00AM - 9:00PM on Sunday

Noise: Noise from activities should not be heard outside of the facility. Please refer to the West Linn City Municipal Code Ordinance 5 400 - 5 535.
Waste: Please limit yourself to placing 1 bag of refuse in the debris can outside of the Station. Please take any extra bags of waste home with you for disposal.
Clean Up
Every guest is responsible for cleaning up after their event. Please help us keep prices low by leaving the facility better than you found it. Clean up shall include the following:
Sweep, vacuum, or mop all floors if needed.
Remove all garbage and debris to outside dumpster (1 bag MAX) and replace liners in garbage cans.
Clean kitchen (if utilized). Wipe counters and clean and return dishes to proper areas.
Remove all personal items.
Close all windows and doors.
Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and restock restroom supplies as needed. Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage can liners, and other supplies are located in the Kitchen cabinet under the counter closest to the Rest Room.
Clean outside areas for garbage or debris created by group utilization.
Failure to adhere to regulations outlined by the FORS Policy and Procedures for Room Use, will mean forfeiture of use or deposits that otherwise may have been returned to group, immediate removal from the premises and may also subject group to other charges under municipal ordinances or state law.
Law enforcement officers shall have the right to attend any function for the purpose of inspections, etc. The Chief of Police or any law enforcement officer has the right to terminate use of these facilities during any function should the participant's conduct violate any local or state laws, regulations or codes (including noise). Any deposits would be forfeited by group.
Any representative from the FORS shall have the authority to enter the premises at all times to monitor/spot check functions for compliance with policies, procedures and rules.
