December 2009 Ken Worcester opens Cedaroak Fire Station to a group of 13 citizens and discussion and visioning begins.
March 2010 Temporary CUP filed with City
May 2010 $1700 from WL Community Grants received
June 10 FORS Incorporation with Federal and State
June 2010 City Council votes unanimously for Temporary CUP
July 2010 WL Building Manager list of upgrades begins
August 2010 Board Elected at RNA Picnic By Laws adopted. Mission: To renovate and operate the Robinwood Station as a community center for all West Linn
July 2010-June 2011 Renovations: New Siding & Windows, ADA requirements (railings, back sidewalk, doorways, and bathroom), Paint inside and out
October 2010 MOU with City (Temporary CUP on hold until renovations complete)
June 2011 City Council votes unanimously to continue FORS usage of Station
July 2011 Year one of Temporary Conditional Use Begins
July 2011-June 2012 Renovations: New Garage Doors, New Man doors and windows, Projector and screen, Robinwood Station Sign
January 2012 Robinwood Garden forms with $7800 grant from Clackamas County
April 2012 Bobbin Robbin Club receives $2200 from WL Community Grants
June 2012 City Council votes to continue FORS usage of Station with emphasis on FORS acquiring CUP, Clarifying financials and renovation priorities and filing for official 501(c)3 status.
July 2012-June 2013 Renovations: New Lighting donated by Lions Club of WL installed, Theatre Lighting purchased and utilized, Portable Stage and Fans installed
Sept.-Dec 2012 Thomas Boes master plan work with FORS and City
October 2012 Bobbin Robbin Club opens with Joe McMurrian
January 2013 Robinwood Garden receives $8000 grant from Clackamas County
February 2013 FORS Concept Plan completed
April 2013 Bobbin Robin Club receives $2200 from Community Grants
May 2013 CUP application filed with City
June 23, 2013 Temp. CUP expires. Council Extends to October 31, 2013
August 27, 2013 CUP Complete and submitted by FORS; pulled back by CM Jordan for review by Council.
October 7, 2013 All items requested by Council completed. City Council tasks Parks Board with Community Centers and Surplus Property Issue.
